Peer to peer payments
Trust, designed into the moment money moves.
Part of GBTD (Great British Tokenised Deposit), a pilot programme led by UK Finance. A secure way for two people to complete a transaction with funds held safely until handover is confirmed. I shaped the experience from onboarding through settlement, including the moments where things go sideways.
Enterprise SaaS
Complexity, translated into shared understanding.
A simulated banking environment for validating GBTD settlement before it touches a real bank system. Used to validate deal locking, settlement (gross and net) and deposit tokenisation, with intricate logic turned into requirements and language a whole team could hold in their heads.
Beyond the roadmap
Writing, music, languages, mentoring and human behaviour all feed the same instinct. Notice what is not being said. Find the signal. Make something meaningful from it.

Making the future of money feel understandable.
I lead product strategy for the UK Finance initiative bringing tokenised sterling deposits into live use. The work turns regulated money infrastructure into experiences that can reduce fraud, strengthen confidence and make complex transactions feel simple, from marketplace payments to remortgaging and digital asset settlement.

Products people rely on without thinking about them.
Digital products for BMW, ŠKODA and Ottobock, where a car companion or a prosthetic app has to work in the rain, in a hurry, on a bad day. I ran discovery, shaped features with engineering and design, and kept the roadmap honest about what really mattered to the person holding the phone.

Bringing rhythm to teams working under real pressure.
Enterprise delivery with Mastercard in a heavily regulated space. I co-owned backlog strategy, brought clarity to scope, and helped several teams find a pace they could keep. The satisfying part was watching predictability turn into confidence.
